Grounding Ritual

Do this in the morning after you first wake up. As you meditate, call in the energy of the golden white light of God into your physical presence. Imagine God's white light coming in from your crown chakra, into your third eye, throat chakra, heart chakra, solar plexus, sacral chakra, and entering into your root chakra, going down into your legs and feet. Imagine that your feet are connected to roots of a tree, and then connect yourself into the very crystalline core of Mother Earth. This is a technique to ground yourself into the energy of Mother Earth, as you align your chakras to the spiritual energy from the Great Creator. Anytime that you feel you are astral-travelling out of your body and not owning your own space, you can reground yourself by using this technique.

Besides the golden light and the grounding technique, imagine a spiral of silver/lilac light spinning counterclock-wise through the room and entire house. This clears and heals all negative energy as well. These techniques do not allow any foreign or unwanted energies in the house or to cling to you as it is hard for darker energies to vibrate to these high energies.

As for your own personal energy field, you must own your own space entirely, ask for all energies that no longer serve you to be cleared from you by Archangel Michael. You must not carry anyone's energy except your own. You are sovereign over your energy field. Own it and know this is your truth. You will feel movement in your solar plexus. Then use the symbol of Mother Mary's rose and place it between you and anyone you feel you need protection from. Ask Mother Mary to help you sever all cord connections to all those people, places or things that no longer serve you. Call in the energy of Mother Mary's love, peace, protection and mercy, and see yourself surrounded in a beautiful pink bubble of light that is very healing, soothing and calming to your soul. Allow yourself to go out into your daily world or routine with confidence that you are protected by the Angelic beings, and that you are aligned to the beautiful energy of the white light of God.
